Alana’s clinical approach is based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She utilizes a strengths-based approach to collaboratively set meaningful goals that align with the values of both children and their caregivers. In her free time, Alana enjoys exploring new parks with her husband and dog, spending time with friends and family, trying new vegetarian recipes, and taking dance classes.
